Travis Scott is a name that has become synonymous with highly-coveted sneakers, and his collaborations with Jordan Brand have been no exception. The rapper and the sneaker giant have released several highly sought-after iterations of the Air Jordan 1, including the now-iconic backward-Swoosh design. While reports suggest that Travis Scott may be taking a hiatus from the Air Jordan 1 to focus on other models, his final collaboration with the silhouette has recently been revealed in official images ahead of its release next month.
The Travis Scott x Air Jordan 1 Low OG “Olive” boasts the rapper's signature premium aesthetic, with tumbled leather overlays dipped in a subtle "Sail" colorway. The contrasting charcoal-treated suedes add depth to the design, while Cactus Jack motifs adorn the insoles and upper tongue. A vibrant swatch of red is used for the Jumpman logo on the heel and the tongue tabs branding, providing a pop of color to the muted palette.
In keeping with the low-top silhouette, the shoe features Olive-tinted Swooshes that match the tread underfoot. The midsole is aged for a vintage look, rounding out the design. The shoe is set to release on May 6th in women's, pre-school, and toddler sizing.
